I like the sushi nigiri here so much. I have bought twice after work. I’m sorry that I always ask for rush due to catching the bus timetable. Thanks the staffs for letting me getting the order soon. I really enjoy the warm rice and fresh salmon.n-nThe best sushi I have ever eaten! Must try it again! Most of the dishes are awesome, especially the fresh of sashimi. I want to give over 5 stars if I can!n-nActually I didn’t know they had changed the management until going. The quality of food is similar for me but the environment and vibe is different absolutely. The menu is changed some as well. I would say it’s sad but still thanks for new management’s efforts. I know it’s hard to keep the original customers but I hope you can keep the high quality and keep providing the fresh food!

I was a bit skeptic about the new management, however to us pleasant surprise the food quality and service are excellent. We sushi and sashimi platter which has so many different varieties and refresh! We also order the Foie Gras and Toro shushi and boy were they yum!!! They soft shell crab were freshly fried so super crunchy in the roll. Will definitely go back to try the dinner sets. They came with many nicely presented side dishes and dessert too.

This used to be our family canteen, but not any more…nLike all other one star reviews they have had recently, quality of the food has dropped significantly, not mentioning the price not mentioning there was a hair in the dish and they had to change one for me. We left half of the food on the table before we left. We heard the table next to us enquired about why the teriyaki salmon is raw, is it the wrong meal? The staff asked the chef if the teriyaki salmon sushi roll uses raw salmon or cooked salmon, the chef said it’s raw unless they requested for cooked salmon I heard someone swear in the kitchen while talking,so the staff told the customer teriyaki salmon sushi rolls are with raw salmon. I asked my son, is teriyaki salmon raw? I have never heard. We googled, it says cooked.nI wasn’t going to leave this review till I spoke to one of the staff, telling her that as a long term customer from the old management, we are very disappointed with the quality of the food now. She tried to explain most of the dishes are the same as before, nothing much has changed….. and know it’s really pointless even saying anything but sadly, we certainly won’t come back here, it used to be one of our favourite restaurants. Visited Miku twice recently with the new team and I'm happy to say really enjoyed. Last visit had premium sushi and sashimi.    The quality and variety was excellent

Although kinda saddened by the change in management initially, we went today and it seems they have really improved from the beginning. The kaisen don was overall great, and the chef's selection nigiri was great and well presented too. I wish they still had engawa though
