How can you run a business like that? I would never sell a house with Mike Pero.
Realestate agent was 40 minutes late and that's a no go for me.
Was advised I would hear back as we made a verbal offer on the house --》 they did not ring back. 

I had to after4 days. The lady I spoke to said she would check if the offer had even been presented to the vendors and call me back.

It's been well over 7 days and still no phone call back.

Do not sell with them. Very unprofessional in every way.

I would highly recommend Mike Pero Whangarei. I found them very professional, with fantastic follow up and attention to detail. From an investors point of view, they really understand what a buyer needs and wants.

Do NOT sell with them, I made an offer to buy a house & they did not even present the offer (generous more than what houses sold nearby). After complaining I have just be told good luck & go and enjoy the sunshine!! Good luck to them.
