Maggie is helpful and knowledgeable. Caroline was also helpful and agreed and assisted with my concerns. Dennis is no good at communication. Doesnt call back, doesnt answer and doesn't even email as things progress. Just a text now and then, half of them saying it's his day off. Having been a real estate agent myself and bought and sold a few properties in 2018/19, I can say that no agency is better then another, and its the individual that makes it. Dennis is not that individual. Otherwise, the format of fixed price commission/cost is growing and I hope to see the ridiculous current practice chopped down. Thanks Maggie and Caroline.

Purchased our first home from the team at Maggie Dixon and it was nice and easy all the way through! Graham, Maggie and Dennis helped us along the way and we couldn't be happier 1 year down the track. 5 stars!

Would not recommend Dennis. I was interested in listing and even want to make an offer, agent was not very helpful as there was another offer, i still see the property listed today.

Maggie and her team were personal, honest and provided the best possible service.

Watch your back with these guys. They'll be nice to your face then stab you in the back at the first sign of trouble
