Proudly owned and operated by Dr Sian Ford, we are a true family practice with modern and comfortable facilities and free onsite parking. We have a demonstrated commitment to providing comprehensive, quality general practice care and ongoing medical education. Middle Ridge Family Practice is a centre of Integrated Health hosting visiting services from an Audiologist, Diabetic Educator, Dietician and Podiatrist. We also offer the convenience of Mary's Family Pharmacy and a pathology provider on the premises.
