I found the Mechanic David who works here to be very honest, fair and upfront, who goes beyond what one would expect. He is just a very decent guy-thanks David, I have much appreciation for all the effort you went too- with my car recently.

Thanks for the road worthy today I appreciated the professionalism and timelyness of the work done. I would personally recommend these services should anyone ask and have already told my family of this. Shout out to David and the boys for going the extra mile. I'll be using them again

Have never had a problem with Midas Strathpine. They're always thorough and once helped me in a dire situation despite giving them such short notice. Say what you will about the other Midas shops around Brisbane but the one at Strathpine has good reviews for a reason.

They say the the real measure of a service is when something goes against the plan. My VW Touareg had a normal service, new tyres and brake pads. However the handbrake calibration would not work, no matter what David and team tried. So I was without my car for 5 days, while David pulled out all the stops for solve this problem, he proved me a courtesy car, he tried various options before finally getting the software upgrade the car needed to fix in the calibration on the handbrake. Things do go wrong, its a fact of life, David handled the situation professionally and personally took on the solution to a great outcome. I will be back, as I know whatever happens, David and his team will sort it.
