Booked an appointment over the phone and the man was very rude to me, after going through the options my only choice was to take time off work on the Wednesday to get it done as they don’t provide a mobile service over the weekend. This was fine. I was provided a vague time between 12-4 and told they would call me 30 minutes before arrival. On Wednesday around 3 o’clock I thought I better call and see where they are as I hadn’t had any communication. Again, over the phone, very poor customer service. The man told me that my appointment was booked “in-store” and processed to blame me for the misunderstanding because how could I, a simple woman, understand such a complex detail right? I persisted and after very little apology he came to realise that the mistake was in fact on his end. As it was SO late in the day he said they wouldn’t be able to fit me in and it was best to reschedule without even a discount offered. Thank-you so much for wasting my time 0/10Service: Auto windshield replacement
Glass assist were very professional, friendly, efficient and by far the most affordable windscreen repairer. I highly recommend and will use again
