Excellent customer service and a surprisingly good quote for repair. I was kept informed on parts arrival and given a date to drop vehicle in. Received a call as agreed advising my car was ready to collect. Nice surprise to find it detailed and shining as if new. Thanks Team. Excellent work all round.
Both Michael and Narelle are an asset to this business, very helpful, knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible. The car was finished much sooner than expected and the quality cannot be faulted. With I'm sure many cars all being repaired at once we felt like the only car in the workshop, thank you Michael and the team at Micra for making this process as smooth as possible.

Friendly helpful service. Happy with repairs. Since initial repair had to have same area repaired again my fault. Went to bodyworks of my choice and was made aware of the very poor job done on orginal repair. Looked good to the untrained eye but faults identified won't be recommending Micra ever.

These guys are great to deal with, always have been, my ute was nicely tidied up, a little bit of overspray on the canopy, otherwise it would be 5 stars, the last ute they repaired for me was a difficult metallic colour and the job was perfect, definitely a 5 star job and I'll be back if needed again one day
