Usually I get horrible service but the other day I had the most amazing customer service by the only lady staffed on. She was doing such a great job. 5 stars for her!!!!!!! was a great coffee too !!
The cafe has a new owner, the services are better now! I used my entertainment card for buy one coffee get one free!
Recently entered the Michel's Patisserie promotion, and won a $100 VISA voucher. They always provide great customer service and are friendly and approachable. Great cakes and coffee as well :
Very nice cake, I love the cakes and coffee here.
Coffee was good and service was reasonably quick. But it there music was a bit too loud and the staff looked distracted.
Wonderful food
Short of it Do don't it...rude don't understand English order wrong simple FLAT WHITE was wrong.
Store as any franchise carry’s the great products one would expect. Can’t beat the taste . Good coffee and fresh cakes. Service is poor on the 3 times I’ve been . Greeting is a 0 , enthusiasm 0, seems like staff don’t like their jobs.
