Terrible customer service. We opened the cake box at home and realised we were given the wrong cake (we ordered a triple mouse cake and was given a chocolate gauteux) it looked very old and dry. We called the shop to advise them but the lady said she needed to speak to her manager and would call me back but never did. Very dissapointing as it was for a birthday celebration. Would not buy from them again or recommend.

Good coffee but cakes are overpriced and pretty dry in comparison to other cake shops
