A good friend of mine, Rory, accidentally stumbled across Market Europa and insisted on taking me there because he was so impressed. I’m so glad he did!nnFrom the moment we walked in, I could see why he kept talking about it. The service was exceptional. The gentleman on the coffee machine recognised Rory straight away and had his favourite coffee underway almost immediately. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming.nnI couldn’t believe the value for money. I ordered one of the fresh sandwiches I can’t remember the name, and it completely filled the takeaway container. At just $12.50, it was incredible value and actually lasted me two days!nnThe coffee was excellent, and we also enjoyed pizza before taking home a passionfruit vanilla slice, cannolis and a few other treats. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious.nnWhat really impressed me, though, was the supermarket itself. The fresh fruit and vegetables, the deli, the bakery and the incredible range of products made me feel like I’d struck gold. It’s one of those places where you know you’ll discover something new every time you visit.nnNext time, I’m going to allow myself much more time to properly wander through the store because there’s so much to see. I’ve already recommended Market Europa to several friends, and I’ll definitely be back.nnIf you’re looking for great food, outstanding service and excellent value, don’t miss this place—you won’t be disappointed.
Really like this place. It is huge and offers a fresh food supermarket, along with a café and restaurant. The range of groceries available is impressive and visually quite a feast for the eyes.nnIt has a European market feel, with produce displayed in an abundant and inviting way. They also offer newspapers in Greek and Italian, which adds to the atmosphere.nnI came here for lunch after colleagues introduced me to the place. I was impressed by the variety of food options, which include baked goods, sandwiches, pastries, spanakopita, and burek. There are vegetarian options as well.nnThe coffee here is decent and the service is fast and efficient. I ordered the spinach and cheese spanakopita and it was delicious. I also tried the burek, though I preferred the spanakopita. Both are served with a side salad.nnI also tried the pistachio croissant. The portion is quite generous and it is filled in the centre with a pistachio cream spread. Overall, prices are reasonable.nnIn conclusion, I had a very pleasant experience. You can order takeaway or dine in, with seating available both indoors and outdoors.nnWeek day lunch can be busy and may have queues but the line moves fast. I would definitely come back to explore the supermarket.
I used to visit this place so often when I worked around the corner. Took a special visit there today and am glad to say it’s still just as amazing as it was 3 years ago!nnThis is the first time I visited the cafe part and for $16 I had a small coffee, 2 cannoli and a mortadella toastie to share with my little one. It was all delicious and fantastic value considering just around the corner I can only get a bowl of wedges for that price! . The best coffee I’ve had in a long time too! Lovely lady at the counter.nnThe produce is beautiful and fresh, an amazing deli, we love the Italian sausages! And some really nice dessert options.nnWill definitely try to visit more often!
Love coming here compared to corporate supermarkets. Lots of fantastic specials throughout the shop. Great discounts on fresh produce they are trying to get rid of. Last week I got a whole tray 15 punnets of Jam Strawberries for $5 yes - five and 80% of them were perfect!!nnThe deli is fantastic and the girls are SO helpful!! So much variety to.nnAnd the fresh bread roll!!!!!!!!! I never buy bread but I must get rolls when I come here.
While the Supermarket is great with amazing foodnnThe café, unfortunately, left much to be desired. While the space itself seemed promising at first glance, the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service from one of the staff members.nTo start with something positive, the young blonde woman working at the register was genuinely friendly and welcoming. She made a great first impression with her warm attitude and helpful demeanor — which we really appreciated.nHowever, our experience quickly took a turn when we were served by another staff member with long black hair. She was noticeably rude and seemed uninterested in providing even basic customer service. When she brought our food to the table, she didn’t say a word — just abruptly dropped the plates in front of us without any acknowledgment or care. Even more frustrating, when it turned out that the order was incorrect, she didn’t apologize or try to fix the issue. Instead, she blamed us for the mistake, which felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary.nIt’s a shame because the café has potential.
