The coffee is mehhhh and the size is even not worth the price. However, the cheesecake were variants of Tim Tam flavours and they were good not extraordinary but should be tried for their uniqueness. So go for it as it might be something new to you. Furthermore, I didn't had any customer service problems! In future, I might again try their different cake but not coffee for sure!
Great quick service by the staff. Large coffee was hot and decent, $5.50 for a large coffee which I guess is not bad. No queue and wasn't a long wait to get the coffee considering this visit was during a weekday. Weekends are just too crazy getting into DFO let alone queuing up for food. The cakes on display looked really nice as well as the sausage rolls and pies.
Such a pathetic and disappointing disgusting customer service. The counter staff busy in nibbling their own stuff and made us to wait for 30 minutes for a spinach ricotta mini roll. Coffee guys is sport on but the other two staff highly unprofessional!
Asked a food court shop for the best coffee and he recommended this place, and i am glad that i did ask. Because i had one of the nice cafe latte here.Food: 5/5
staff were incredibly rude and had no respect for customers. Acted as if they didn’t even want to be there and do their job. Made customer feel dumb for accidentally giving the wrong amount of money
The mid age lady working there are very rude and out spoken. Keep your opinionated anti mask loud mouth comment to yourself. Good on you if you don't wear a mask and catch covid....
I have got a cheese cake, it is tasteless and not fresh, I have informed the staff but there were not professional.

bad customer service, me and another customer waiting for order more than 5 minutes , two staff, one making coffee, one just stand over there talking with people, even they saw us but don’t care, keeping talking, so I move to other shop
This place has no respect for customer service. I waited patiently for more than 5 mins and some people came and got serviced before me! Lucky I spotted soul origin at the back of the food court with better service and cheaper price. For charging $4.2 for a small latte you need to make sure your service is up to it.
