I was at the shop on Sunday morning with the car event outside. The shop had a line out the doors. I ordered 5 coffees 2 ham cheese croissants and a beef pie. To be honest I thought it would all be wrong and not taste nice as it was so busy. I was wrong everything come out quickly and perfect. Great service well done
Coffee is not bad, a bit on the pricey side. Service was nice and friendly. There is some seating available. Cafe is neat, there is street parking available just out the front of the store and also located conveniently near the train station as well.Food: 4/5
A lot of things can be improved to the store and service. The staff need more training on professional and friendly customer service. The store needs to be kept tidy and clean as all tables were dirty, the store was unkempt with food scraps on the floor so there was nowhere clean to sit. It’d need a lot of improvements to maintain the level of quality expected from a franchise.
The guy serving was just lovely. I ordered my drink, but while waiting I became symptomatic and needed to leave the store to wait for my order. The HVAC system is in desperate need of decontamination. It's a health hazard.
Would still giving 3 stars to this place as staff are kind and welcoming. However it takes quite long wait to get my order now. I’ve been here buying breakfast for a long while, it was fast and with nice coffee. The lady I thought she was the owner used to work here was friendly and efficiency, I was pleased to be served by her. She always made me the best coffee. The team now would need to have some training tho.
If I could leave a 0, I would. Ordered extra hot mocha just now. It isn't as I order here often and the drink is always lukewarm. I took it back to ask for extra hot and she assured me it was. If it really was, I would need a cup sleeve. But it isn't. Too embarrassed to ask again so I've left. Wish people could just be honest and complete the order like the customer asked.
The staff are very kind and friendly, excellent service. The coffee is wonderful and the food is great. The location is lovely you can sit outside and relax and have your coffee. I highly recommend, 5 plus stars.
Customer service has been alright despite being busy due to the Easter show
Coffee is great, food is not good, service is awful. Slow slow slow and you don't get what you ordered if it's anything but coffee. I asked for a banana bread slice and a custard pastry. I got neither of those things and didn't find out til I was at work with no time to go back. Stick to a simple "large latte" - anything else is too difficult for them.
I would rate the coffee as equal to international roast dishwater. Infact if it didn't cost me so much & I needed a caffeine fix I would of thrown it.
