Absolutely terrible. We have had nothing but issues dealing with the Nelson store. We were told different things by staff members about their care plan. We followed the advice of one staff member only to be told by another staff member that our policy had been voided from following this advice. At one stage they lost our ring when getting work done. Their communication was terrible. We had to constantly call them to get any information. We will not deal with Michael Hill any more. They have serious issues with the systems they use and the training (or lack of) they give their staff.
