Glen is always so professional and welcoming, you'll always leave the store feeling like you were the most important person in his day. He makes you feel comfortable and ensures all your needs are met. Glen is so expressive and in touch with his emotions that it flows through to every piece. Dealing with Glen is definitely an experience you'll never forget.
THE BEST JEWELLER EVER! I’m recently engaged and the ring my partner chose was from a different local jeweller. I approached the jeweller who made the ring to change the color of stone they had difficulty sourcing one in a color I liked and weren’t very good with communication. I approached Glen James Jewellers and sent them a photo of the color stone I was after. The same day the had ordered in some stones for me to look at and had an approximate cost for me. 2 days later they had 12 different stones all in a very similar color to what I wanted. Stone was picked, fitted and the ring resized all in one day. They also cleaned some other jewellery for me at no cost. They are extremely reliable, helpful and efficient. Their communication was excellent, outstanding service and quality of work. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks to Jason and Glen for all your hard work.
Jason & Glen have been very helpful! I have taken a couple of watches in there to be fixed and they have done a superb job. Great communication and service. Highly recommend these guys!
Glen clearly has a passion for what he does. He consulted and listened with enthusiasm and the outcome was two beautiful custom gold rings that were exactly what I was hoping for.
Called in to get battery for watch and for car auto opener. Watch fixed but car opener ok so no need to be fixed. They could have done car opener without me knowing it was ok. Honest guys with prompt and excellent service.

I had an excellent experience working with Glen to have my design come to life! He was so patient with my need for perfection, and he executed it so well, a very skilled craftman. He was able to easily use raw gold that I already had and include my father's ashes. He was able to modify my idea without losing my original design to save me thousands in precious metals. He handled my father's ashes and the sentimentality of the design with care and thoughtfulness, and even had the finished pendant ready for me to take on an overseas trip. He was as excited about the final product as I was. 5 star experience.
Glen is absolutely amazing. A talented craftsman. He has redesigned 2 beautiful rings for me and done heaps of other little jobs but more importantly he made three pendants with our sons face on and a locket with our sons ashes in them for myself my hubby and our two other sons.Such a special gift it means so much to our family. This was such a difficult time for us and he managed it with sensitivity and compassion . I cant recommend him highly enough .
Needed a battery replacement in my watch. Very fast service and reasonable price. I have used mister minute in the past for battery replacements but was not satitisfied with thier timeframes. Will be using these guys going forward and can recommend as a local business.
Just amazing. The pendant and the chain that has been handcrafted as a gift for my wife look perfect. I have been thrilled with the whole experience from scratch. Glen James has made a beautiful piece and also has helped me to keep this as a surprise for my wife. Amazing. Thank you.
