Don’t bother coming here - visit a Michael Hill store in a quieter mall, or try a different jeweller altogether! Is it that hard to give correct information over the phone? Is it that hard to put a process in place to handle waiting customers during busy times, and for reps to excuse themselves for a moment to check on another customer?? If I could give zero stars I would. McDonalds provides better service than this store

This is a bit belated but We won't go back . We found pascoes cheaper and better service and they don't do interest free when they say they have done after asking twice and trying to deal with the manager he was trying to be intimidating to get out of sorting it out
