The worst customer service ever! I had to phone them 4 times just to check if my wrist watch is ready. It took about 10 days to replace the battery and the arm plus replacing the crown! They lied to me big time saying that they phoned and left a message on my phone! 2 minutes later called me back and lied again saying that they only received my watch today! They only gave me 3 months warranty for the battery?! What a rip off! You guys are lucky that the minimum start to give online is 1 star I will give you guys - 5 if there's an option!

Just had a watch strap needing put back in. The lovely man kindly fixed without charge. They had a great selection of stock with a friendly atmosphere. ☺
