This place got smaller?! the store lost about 30% of it's internal volume for some reason? Little bit more expensive than Bunnings, but more convenient. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Shelves were quite bare when I visited. Not many customers in there unfortunately...could be an effect from the prices and lack of stock...

A tube spanner to tighten a kitchen mixer tap was badly made and didn't allow the bolt to travel down the tube. It was no problem for the wonderful guy at this store to drill out the excess metal and make this tool usable. Terrific service after a frustrating morning and no service from a very large hardware store or a large plumbing business. THANKS!
