The lady who works in this store, very rude. Without seeing anything, she was accusing me that i opened a brand new lipstick, Which was already opened. Then i told her to check the camera. Her behavior wasn’t good at all. She could’ve asked nicely. Very bad customer service. I won’t go to that store.
one star because it is a horrible pharmacy and pharmacist in charge keeps abusing his staff, shouting/screaming at them and like ignores my requests, not sure if he is being racist or what. the one star is only because the usyd girl at the cashier was really polite and tried her best to help me when NO ONE ELSE in the pharmacy would. she ran back and forth from me and back to the counter to serve other customers and me. she tried to ask her colleagues to help me but obviously they weren't helpful at all so i would give it zero stars if it wasnt for the usyd girl.
An item with a $16 price on the shelf rang up as $25. Cashier summoned a floor staff to verify. I spoke to the staff as they approached the counter. The cashier also directed her to me. This staff then proceeded to wander to various parts of the store as though I didn’t exist, moving empty boxes around. Not sure if a mental health issue or a bad attitude. Very strange behavior.
The Old Indian Pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. In my 10 minutes at the pharmacy, I could see He abuses his staff and is rather abusive towards customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Posted Anonymously, so I don't get targeted by the owner of the pharmacy. He seems to claim reviews are fake, he can't even fake customer service.
Went in for a booster shot and was left waiting by the counter for half an hour. Totally ignored by staff. Might help to get some customer service training?
I had an appointment today at this pharmacy for a Covid booster shot. I was turned down as the pharmacy did not have the selected vaccine available, even though they were already giving out appointments online and directly in the pharmacy for the specific vaccine. The pharmacist prompted me to take another vaccine, which I cannot take die to an underlying heart condition. I tried to reason with the pharmacist and even offered to come back when they would have the requested vaccine available. I was rudely told to not come back as they would not administer it to me even if they had it available. It is not a way patients seeking healthcare advice should be treated.
My parents did Covid vaccine at this place, we were late for appointment, chemist is still very helpful and friendly and they didn’t wait for long to get the jab, great customer support and experience here.
Literally the worst service from all staff. Especially the manager who gaslights customers when they notice something priced incorrectly and tried to pin it on me changing the tag. Please, show some accountability that it’s likely your ineptness who priced it incorrectly on the tag.
Got my flu shot, pharmacist was super lovely.
Nice man behind the counter helped me find a meditation that I couldn’t find. Did some research to make sure it was most similar to what I take in the US.
