It's not a huge mall but a great place to sort of pop in and spend a little while. Customer service is quite good and genuine in most stores or should say stores in visited. Kids roam outside, so it creates a nice genuine atmosphere. It turns out pretty good on a sunny day, actually.
Parking is ridiculously expensive and has number plate recognition which you don't know about until you're entering. Shops are okay but food court is disappointing and as usual expensive.
Park in a Parking building off street parking is shocking here in Dunedin. I can guarantee you will spend more than an hour here it has everything you need for retail therapy
Some great shops. Very limited number of choices in downstairs food court. A lot closed down & nothing to replace them.nParking has got very expensive in mall since work on going work on main street limiting parking severely. South dunedin easier to access unless have to go into city center.
The Meridian Mall is Dunedins largest mall. Well it's actually connected to two other malls and you can simply walk between the three as if they were one mall. Usually I only go there on a Sunday when parking is free around town. I don't use mall parking as it's to expensive and usually annoying to find a park or get back out of. There are all sorts of shops in the mall but to tell the truth we usually just go for a coffee somewhere in the mall. That said I do have some of my favorite shops in the mall. Check out the Mall if you are visiting Dunedin, and the new George Street upgrade which is certainly making town look a lot nicer and modern.
