Got new slippers for Xmas they were the wrong size, exchanged them no trouble at all, great staff to deal with.
Really Nice and friendly , better buying here than ordering online even if it is a bit more expensive but at least you can check before you buy. Also you don't have to wait forever to be shipped to you, plus the ladies at the shop were much more friendlier than the online assistant
The lady sold me womens/children size socks and then tried telling me they were men's and they would stretch to fit. She was rude when I showed her the label and didn't give me a refund.
