I found S&R when I encountered a problem with my Audi A4 B8 getting stuck in neutral and park intermittently. I had taken it to a dealer who told me it was just dog hair that was causing the problem and sent me on my way after cleaning the area. Within a few days of getting the car back it got stuck in neutral (luckily in my driveway!) and wouldn’t budge. Sam came to visit later that day and diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the gear stick shifter mechanism. To buy the part new was going to cost a small fortune, so Sam helped me find the right part for $200 from a wrecker on eBay. Within 24 hours of acquiring the part, he had swapped it out and reprogrammed the car. That was 8 months ago and there have been no further gear stick problems. Since he provided such efficient service on that occasion, last month I got him to do a major service. He picked it up from work and dropped it back which was super convenient. His pricing was competitive compared to taking it to Audi (and his major service was more thorough than any previous ‘major service’ visit to Audi). Around the same time my engine light came on due to some filter that needed replacing, but instead of hitting me up to change this part, he cleaned it to get some more time out of it, which I greatly appreciated. All in all my experiences with S & R have been super positive, I was hesitant initially going away from the dealerships, but now I’m wishing I had of done it sooner. You can tell Sam genuinely loves his work and it’s assuring to know that he is only ever a phone call away.

If you are looking for an exceptional technician to work on your BMW then you have come to the right place. My E39 530i is a totally different car since Saeed diagnosed my cooling issues. Gave me great advice over the phone, took the time to understand the issue with my car and fit me in on a Saturday at short notice to help me out. Many thanks John Gidis

I was recommended by another very happy customer to contact Saeed for an ongoing transmission issue on my 2013 Mercedes that the dealer had a few attempt to fix unsuccessfully. I was pleasantly surprised when Saeed find the problem and fixed it I've been driving my car for over a months now without any more transmission issue, I would not hesitate to recommend R & S Mobile Auto Fix to any one with European vehicle
