This is the most unprofessional. Make a wise decision not to go there. I had a problem with my breaklights. They saw it & told me they already changed burned out globes. Then when I asked them if they are in working condition. The report showed that it is in a working order. In the end none of the lights have worked on the road. Just took my money for nothing. Money is buying professional ethics in this Kemart Auto Services. Thanks & no more from me.

Took in my car. Everything was apparently wrong with it. Quoted at 7,000 to fix all the "Problems". With this I got a bonus scratch on the door, dented wing mirror and two oil stained hand prints on my white leather seats. I was less the impressed with this service. Kmat tyres... more like not okay mart.

I went to fix tyre puncture. The guy was there told me that they already finished their work for the day and ask me to come another day. But I am still wondering, how is it possible to come another day to fix the tyre puncture, Idiot! management should aware about the poor service of the staff. I went there at 1.20pm and they used to open till 2.00pm. Bad service.

Honestly, these guys are con artists in uniform. I am still shocked by their blatant thievery tactics. I took my car there and they told me it would cost $4.5k to get my car roadworthy. The list of repairs they gave were ridiculous in nature. I had three other establishments look over my car as well as 2 seperate mechanics, all of which quoted less than $800. All the professionals that i knew my story with k-mart tyre and auto, were very surprised by the list of repapirs that I'd received from them. Do not go to this particular store. I have had a positive experience at their cranbourne store, but these guys suck. I saw them twice, once for a roadworthy and once for an alignment, which they refused to perform unless i purchased several new tyres from them -__- both horrible experiences, both a waste of time and money. Run away.
