My second time buying Mercedes with factory defects, but Mercedes Benz of Australia seems like not taking any responsible for their own vehicle, 1st car bought from Brighton had chassis wring loom issue, that chassis wiring loom needed to be replaced, and car was constantly brought to the dealership which cause massive inconvenience, vehicle was at Brighton for more than 7 months, spoken to Brighton about getting my vehicle to be brought back, referred me to Mercedes Benz of Australia, numerous phone calls and emails, but no outcome was delivered, very disappointed with Mercedes, 2nd car bought from Berwick, had coolant light on 5times, brought back to Berwick 5 times, every time got told that the issue was fixed, but came back on straight after, approached Mercedes Australia again for a solution, called twice, email 5 times, representative of Mercedes Benz Australia seems like not interested of replying emails, no follow up, no courtesy call, no updates, until today my vehicle is still with Berwick, very disappointed, MBA I hope you see this review and provide an update, I will go legal and VCAT. SHAME ON YOU MERCEDES, wasted half a million of dollars for LEMON, never thought MERCEDES would provide this kind of poor after service.
Trying to talk to Mercedes Benz Australia regarding the poor quality of panel repairs carried out to a Brand New Mercedes prior to collection. Mercedes has been hard to deal with and will never return calls. I have also tried to lodge a complaint but again the operator that I’m dealing with will not help. Never have I come across poor customer service like this. Over 20 phone calls to Mercedes Australia and the dealer but they do not care whatsoever. I have asked the consultant again today to have a Manager from HQ call but it doesn’t seem possible.nThe service from Mercedes Benz Australia is poor and customer service is discussing. Within just a year of ownership, critical components such as the speedometer, indicators, hazard lights, and engine power button malfunctioned, putting our safety and that of others at risk.nnThe inability to accurately gauge speed and signal intentions on the road could lead to devastating accidents, not just for us but for anyone sharing the road. Despite reaching out to Mercedes for assistance, the resolution process has been slow and inadequate, leaving us without a loan car for three weeks and counting.nnLuxury should not come at the expense of safety and reliability. Mercedes must urgently address these issues to prevent potential accidents and ensure the well-being of their customers. We urge them to prioritize safety and take immediate action to rectify these concerns.nn---nnSafety is paramount, and I hope Mercedes takes swift action to address these issues.
I purchases anew brand Mercedes on Nov 2020 from one of the dealerships in Brisbane ]. Despite being a luxury vehicle with a reputable brand, I have experienced numerous problems with the car since its purchase, leading to frequent visits to the service department.nnOver the past 1.5 years, I have consistently faced issues with various components of the vehicle, including but not limited to the screen, microphone, side cameras, theft alarm, and recurrent tire issues, necessitating the replacement of all four tires. These persistent problems have resulted in significant inconvenience, as I have been without my car for extended periods while awaiting repairs.nnI understand that occasional maintenance and repairs are inevitable with any vehicle, but the frequency and diversity of the issues I have encountered far exceed what should be expected from a luxury car manufactured by MercedesnnNever recommended
After a series of poor interactions, refusal to take a complaint, failure to return calls and emails and contemptuous customer service, you have lost a lifelong Mercedes customer. After seeing the attitude of your call centre staff, my family has also cancelled their orders and are now proud lexus owners. Very disappointing.
