Emmily at Meraki Hair & Beauty is a fantastic hairdresser who is extremely talented with the latest hair colour trends. She has amazing ideas and genuinely cares about helping you to achieve and maintain healthy hair. I highly recommend her to anyone on the coast wanting a highly skilled hairdresser at a very reasonable price :)

Not so good experience x4. 1. visit: dirty with screaming kids running around. Emily did the highlights and then disappeared for a family get together. Louise (?) did the cutting. Colour and cutting are fine. 2. visit: all fine until the boyfriend (?) turns up. Emily wanted to get rid of me, complained about me having too much hair (which I don’t have) and did a rushed bad cutting job. Colour is fine. No possibility to pay with credit card – Emily states she doesn’t know how it works. 3. visit: Thursday I receive a txt that she has to close the salon for private reasons and the appointment is cancelled. Friday I receive a txt confirming the appointment. I call in to make sure it is cancelled. 4. visit: It took 2 weeks to get a new appointment. I got 2 txt messages confirming 2 appointments so I need to call in to confirm my appointment. I showed up 5 min early (not late!) and Emily had given my appointment to someone else. She asked me to wait for 15 min. After 30 min. on an uncomfortable chair with very loud music I left as she was still only half way done with the other person. Who wants to wait an hour? Conclusion: Emily is obviously good at highlights but not so good at cutting, customer service, keeping appointments and technology.

Emmily did a fantastic job on both mine and my daughters hair. Definitely recommend.

Love the colour range so natural looking, the place looks bright and fresh cute little boutique organic salon. highly recommend coming here emmily is an amazing stylist super friendly and really knows her stuff ! Affordable prices too ! Offers retail products such a beautiful range ! not to mention the yummo complementary teas and vegan cakes ! Will not be going anywhere else thanks emmily for doing my hair despite how difficult I am u do a superb job !
