Thank you so much!  My framed AC/DC print arrived in perfect condition just in time for my husband's birthday.  He was absolutely thrilled with it.  Thanks for making this happen.

I ordered an item back on 2nd September 2017, advised the item would be delivered within  28 business days.

After a month I wrote to the company via email to get an update on the status of the order - no response.

I sent a follow up email 3 days later, no response. I tried calling their office land line and 1300 number easily over 10 times each during business hours, no response.

Now, after reading the negative reviews about this company, I wrote a review last night about my experience. Voila, they're alive! Or so they appear to be.

They responded advising my credit card was never charged - yes this may be true. 

However, they advised I was sent a notification to advise my item was not in stock and my order cancelled. False, I never received any notification and my order was "pending" for months after.

No apology for lack of communication or not responding to my emails. It appears you only get a response if you write a negative review on Google which, as it shows, are anything but professional.

I quote "With regard to your comment that we abuse customers on Google, we merely respond to the comments.  Surely we are entitled to some form of defence against inaccurate claims and attempts to derail our business?"

We're not attempting to derail your business. If your business did what it's meant to do, i.e. delivered the ordered items - you wouldn't be receiving these negative reviews.

I can appreciate that an item may be out of stock for a prolonged period of time, but if you actually sent an email to communicate the delay then this wouldn't be an issue. Better yet, try answering your phones or responding to your emails - then your "customers" might actually think you're a legit business and not just another dodgy online scam.

Would I recommend this business to a friend? Not in a million years.

- Lack of professionalism

We used Memorabilia Australia for our Pink Stumps Day fundraiser for the McGrath foundation and the service was exceptional. We contacted them only 3 days before our Silent Auction but Chreryl went out of her way to find us some amaxing items. They were personally delivered and the whole process was effortless. Highly recommend Memorabilia Australia.

Absolutely Disgraceful Way of doing business - I purchased at the beginning of November a product (yes it was paid for) for my young son for Xmas - we have still not received it!! Was told it would arrive within 28days of receiving into stock - well apparently its still processing!!!! It is now February so thats a loooong processing time! So dissapointed. Can not get in contact through phone line and now cannot get any response via email after the first one!! Definately time to go to fair trade and get this company shut down~

Ordered an expensive item - still hasn't arrived and ant get a hold of company.  No response to emails, phone messages not returned.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am contacting office of fair trading
