I dropped in looking for a gift and honestly didn’t know where to start, but the staff were fantastic - super helpful, knowledgeable, and even threw in some great banter that made the visit more fun. They pointed me in the right direction, gave solid recommendations, and I walked out with exactly what I needed.nnThe range here is seriously impressive. Whether you're into figurines, paints, dice, cards, or full board games, they’ve got it all. The shop’s layout is also great - lots of space for gaming and a really welcoming vibe. You can tell it’s a spot built by and for people who love games.nnPerfect stop if you're into TCGs, miniatures, or just want to check out something cool. Highly recommended for newbies and veterans alike.
Excellent service, the guy I bought some paints off for myself and daughter was super helpful and the range for tabletop games and D&D was excellent. My son loved the Pokemon cards on display.
Ordered 2 different times and both orders were sent quickly with the cards well packed and cards arrived were in great conition. The latest order they even added 2 packs of cards i didn't even order...who does that! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend and will be back. Thank-you!!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. While we’ve overlooked the overpriced nature of this shop in the past due to generally positive experiences, this last visit was appalling. I understand Cyclone Alfred has caused a backlog of orders, but that doesn’t excuse the outright rudeness of the staff member who served us. It felt like they couldn’t care less about providing basic customer service, and their hostile attitude made it clear they shouldn’t have come to work if dealing with customers was too much for them.nAs a walk-in shop, one would expect a welcoming atmosphere and the chance to have enjoyable discussions about TCG. Instead, we were greeted with an environment so tense it felt like we were tiptoeing around, afraid to upset the already irate staff. This is not how customers should feel in any store. I won’t be returning and will gladly take my business to the friendlier, more professional card shops elsewhere on the coast.
