Memento is a 45 seat bar and restaurant which celebrates our Urban environment. Showcasing Australia's best produce, modern food with a traditional touch and an exclusive selection of Australian wines - all within a dazzling new designer fit out. Great value and great tasting food in the hotel lobby. We called in on a whim and this was hard to beat for the price.
Hazelnut salmon lunch. Salmon skin is nice and crispy but salmon itself is slightly over. Hazelnut is lost as the skin is over salted. Side salad is very good with the vinaigrette and orange slices balanced by the grilled halloumi.
Good food and atmosphere, especially for office workers. Fries are very good, and fish was fresh. Service slightly slow over the course of our meal.
Nice food. Value for money ok. But very average menu selection and minimal wine menu. Would perhaps go back for a 'team lunch', but for somewhere 'nice to eat', there's plenty nearby for similar price range with far better menu.
I love this place. Food and service is excellent, it's not noisy, and the decor is super comfy! I meet friends here all the time. Highly recommended!
