Extremely stuffed, freshly cooked cakes and great bunny treats for Easter : very friendly staff and also has sub food for anyone with special dietary needs. Live piano !

Let’s be honest here, fantastic ambience plus these really good tasting and looking desserts; served with refreshing mocktails - indeed the perfect pair!! 

Rude staff & slow service.  When I wrote a formal complaint letter to management, no one bothered to reply so I guess that’s how they value their customers.

Amazing high tea buffet with quality food. The service is a letdown, considering the expectation from a five star hotel. Service for tea was slow and inattentive.

Lovely area of the hotel . Quiet relaxed area. Attentive staff beautiful food from high tea , afternoon cheese platter to king prawn linguine. Enjoyable
