Lexi was so helpful with my booking experience. She made everything run so smoothly with pick up and I was happy with the 12 seater bus. We will definately be booking through these guys again.
Do yourself a favour avoid this branch run by a guy & girl dad & daughter or husband & wife. So rude and the young woman so smug. Only asked if they had a truck and the answers we got lacked empathy and I don’t think they know what customer service is…. If we were going to use them NOT now… and reading the other reviews quite glad we didn’t
Great staff, great prices. We had an issue with the moving date, Avis just allowed us to bring the truck back and we organised another day. Thank you for that.
Such a terrible experience with this mob. They ripped me off for the excess kms and over charged me around $60. I have asked for the invoice 3 times and finally I get an email back from them and they forgot to attach the invoice. They are so inept they just hope that you'll give up and lose patience with talking to robots from the Philippines who's only job is to protect the company from giving refunds from mistakes they have made themselves. I guess the next step is to goto consumer affairs but for $60 it's really not worth my time. Do yourself a favour and never use Avis Melton. There are so many better options who actually value the customers that put food on their workers tables. Karma will bring you down, I suggest you reframe and respect your customers time and not allow this sort of thing to happen again.. you've lost me for life over $60...
Good Customer Service and fairly straight forward when hiring. Plus I have found AVIS in Melton isn't into Scamming Customers with false Damage reports like a select few other Hire Companies can be. Actually do highly recommend this Business although a Chamois could be used to make the Cars cleaner. Still a great hire place 100%

My partner hired a truck from here and asked for the dimensions of the truck for us to fit a large item in it safely with the lift and was given the wrong measurements by the person behind the desk which caused us issues when trying to load the large item in the truck. They seem pretty lazy in customer service and I will not be using them again
Thank you so much to Avis Melton for helping us to organize a mini-bus for your youth empowerment camp this school holidays. They were a wonder to work with, very easy going and very flexible and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed! Shout out to Cynthia especially for being incredibly helpful!
Straight forward booking online….BUT took almost 45mins to collect the keys! X1 staff member at front desk….strongly suggest service for those that have booked in advance and not those hoping that there’s a cancellation! Otherwise all
The young man whom staffs Avis has always been helpful, but Avis have over charged saying car was returned a day late, only to say later it was a processing issue. Check your bills cause its "not there fault" until caught out. Hired a Suzuki Swift on Sunday, Car smelt like an ash tray. I did not have time to "question" why, so for all those non-smokers be aware. Just filled the car at the Caltex like the last 2 times, before returning without issue. Then received a call "The tanks is not full, thanks for the $3.00 per litre".
