Yes there are 2 sides to every story.
Yes, this review is from an unhappy (justifiably) extremely dissatisfied customer.
ALL ‘facts’ are verifiable.
From the outset this operation was lacking - failing to contact to arrange for the initial drop off of the vehicle and then it went on from there. Demanding the vehicle be dropped off in a ridiculously nartow window (no earlier than 3.30 up until 3.45 the day before a long weekend) so that the work could commence first up after the break, conflicting information, blown out completion date (2 weeks became 5), NIL concern about not returning calls, promising (as compensation for the run around) to detail & deliver the vehicle then just didn’t, dismissing concerns over incorrect / mismatched door handle - not advised but discovered on collection - as ‘what do you want, we just couldn’t get the right one’.
To top off our awful experience - when we contacted them to voice our concerns the receptionist gets all attitude & hangs up then her boss (who mysteriously becomes available) phones back to complain about our attitude. 
The work is shoddy, took way too long and the company don’t care. 
How do they keep their ‘Recommended Repairer’ credentials ?

My partner carried out his international repair services for this company for 3 months as a sub contractor. After which it became apparent that quality customer service,general business practices, organisation and most importantly payment for the service were not of any importance to this business. This resulted in none payment of over half the service provided. Bad business practises and the none existent interest in good quality repair service and then not even paying some of the sub contractors working for this company seem to be a constant practise from the management and director.

I worked here as a international sub contractor amongst many others and the same as many others would agree this Company is by far one of the worst bodyshops (yes I am a Pome) around the world. Bad organisation led to the stagnation of all repairs during the we repaired vehicles for Mr Munro. Always concentrating on new toys and hiding from people threatening him to break his legs, mis treating his employees, ignoring international sub contractors advice and demands were just amongst the small matters. One car repaired by myself for their client required the bodyshop to only paint the entire roof which they didn't and as I discovered it and confronted Scott about it he commented "it's an old lady barely 5foot tall she ll never look on the roof". Kept the insurance Co money for the repair, never paid me for it and then didn't even do his part of the repair and that's just one story.
Not to mention the bad customer service, the lack of professionalism, bad quality repair service, bad business practises, none payment to many sub contractors and so forth... 
Letting customers wait for months, repairing vehicles to a low standard, using cheaper parts from China and then finally ignoring payment requests of subbies are amongst the main practises carried out here not smash repairs !!!

Do not consider this place to get your vehicle repaired but instead if you feel you need a track for your bulldozer or tank, I would highly recommend you take it for a spin on the Melton body work business premises ;)
Hi Scott will you honour settlement of the unpaid invoices or do I have to come and see you, is it still the same home address and have you got a good lawyer ? Karma is coming mate !

I strongly urge anyone considering going here NOT TO. Save yourself the time, trouble and stress they have put me through, please go somewhere else....ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They are an absolute disgrace to the world of panel repairs and you will end up with more damage than your car originally went in for. I WISH someone had warned me! My insurance towed my car to Melton Body Works with minor damage to the rear passenger door at the end of OCTOBER. 7 WEEKS LATER I got my car back with a central locking issue. They told me to bring it back and they would fix. They couldn't fix it and then told me it wasnt their problem! I took my car home and the battery was flat the next morning. I wont bore you with all the details but their mate, Darren portelli, the insurance assessor has their Back!!!! My saga continues..... DONT LET THEM GET YOU!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE...   ONE DAY THEY WILL CHEAT
