great service provider, I use Melmax since a while for my monthly bus-trips and I am more than happy for they provided service, the drivers and the buses

Don't book with these guys! They are so dodgy. I agreed to pay $90 for airport transfer. And usually I pay after the pick up. However, due to phone connections, they charged my guests $150 and would not even offer me the refund of $60. I informed them I would book airport return. They just need to give me a credit. Owner hung up on me and didn't answer my calls. Ridiculous and dodgy business!
