Felt like i was dealing with a call centre from overseas! Took them nearly a week to follow up on an enquiry about adding an infant to an already booked flight kept saying "havent heard back from Virgin" blah blah. FINALLY got through to Ian who was dealing with it & after making up some stupid excuse of not working over the weekend so was unable to call me back yet i called 1pm on Monday 16/10/2017 he could've followed up that morning only to have me wait on the phone while he searches a flight online (could've done that myself) than to tell me adding a 2yr old would be an extra $1500? Idiot! Wasted my time for something I could've followed up myself or with a 2yr old. First time booking through flight centre & my last. Get better deals & service from my usual booking place - Sky scanner!!

Recently came back from a 6 week holiday to the US Alaska & Canada  which took allot of planning, from flights including 5 internal ,accommodation , transfers, hire cars bus tour & Gold leaf train. Wewere a group of 4 (2 couples ) our travel consultant  Natasha  was brilliant  she thought of everything and  tried to get us the best deals.She included everything in our itinerary  which made it easier to have everything pre paid. Communication  is important and Natasha did not let us down , she is passionate about travelling and we look forward to dealing with  her again in our future travel .. Thanks again Tash
