MELBOURNE SALSA HAS A VERY SIMPLE PHILOSOPHY – TO BRING YOU THE VERY BEST IN LATIN DANCE, TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD & FEED YOUR SOUL. WE ARE ALL ABOUT SHARING OUR LOVE OF LATIN DANCE & BRINGING FUN & HAPPINESS INTO YOUR BUSY LIVES.

THE FOUNDERS OF THE MELBOURNE SCENE!
Starting in February 2000, Melbourne Salsa are the founders of the modern Melbourne Salsa dancing scene and are the only school and promoter that offer dancers and non-dancers the full Latin Dancing experience from beginner Latin dance classes through to the ultimate live Latin Big band experience.

DANCE STYLES
Our local and international dance instructors offer every possible variation of Salsa styles, and other Latin dancing styles all under “one roof”. They include: Modern Salsa (aka L.A. Salsa), New York Salsa, Cuban Salsa, Brazilian Samba, Bachata, Zouk Lambaba, & Cha cha cha.

AUTHENTIC VENUES
Our Salsa venues are authentic, making Melbourne Salsa events the ultimate experience. We select Melbourne's most lavish venues. Some recent Latin events have been held at the Hilton Melbourne, Silk Road, Grosvenor Hotel and Park Hyatt just to name a few, and our dance studio in Fitzroy is purpose built.

WE LOVE BEGINNERS
Two left feet? We can fix that! Our beginner Latin dance classes are designed to teach you the absolute basic salsa steps. Join at any time and learn at your own pace. Once you’re comfortable you can move up to the next class level.

NO PARTNER? NO WORRIES
We'll partner you up with someone at your level and will frequently rotate partners. If you BYO a partner that’s fine too, you can share or not, up to you.
