A pleasant experience from the get go. From quote to completion, Jim was very professional throughout and kept me informed on progress at all times. Jim really knows his stuff and backs it up with great workmanship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We had several issues with a cement tile roof in the middle of winter - not ideal. I googled several roof repairers and started calling. Jim answered the phone and treated me from the start like an intelligent human being. 
Since I am a woman with an accent this was very refreshing.

Jim asked for all the information he needed upfront, did exactly as he said he would, and sent me the right amount of information in an easy to understand format for me to be able to make informed choices.

My questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I never had to chase any additional information.

The work was done on schedule and exactly as promised leaving the work-site clean with no debris or empty containers in sight. We were provided with replacement tiles too for future use in case if needed.

The roof looks amazing and all the problems are gone.

From start to end communication was like a breath of fresh air and the job done is nothing short of excellent.

I would highly recommend Melbourne Quality Roofing to anyone.

I will definitely stick to Melbourne Quality Roofing for roof work on other properties of ours.

I totally understand why they are 5 star rated!! Jim was so friendly, explained everything he did and took photos plus video to show us. Honest pricing and great service, for sure recommend to people who are looking for someone reliable to do work on their roof!!

Jim was very professional from the beginning to the end. He was honest, he kept informing me about the progress of the fixing. Jason who attended my roof, was very professional, thoughtful and respecful. I would recomment Melbourne Quality roofing to anyone. I am very happy with the job.

Incredibly professional from my first enquiry to follow up after the job was complete.   Jim provided advice, photos and reference material regarding roof ventilators and a very competitive quote for these and replacement of broken roof tiles.  The guys did a fabulous quality job, were on time and completed work  promptly.  Highly recommend Jim and team for all roofing work.
