Came here before lunch to try to beat the crowds after showing up and promptly leaving an overcrowded site in Ashburton before work. Still ended up waiting 50 minutes in an overcrowded waiting room at the Rowville site.
Had blood taken today by Dimitri. Absolutely brilliant job, didn't even feel the needle penetrate! So impressed! Thank you.
Had the best experience here on Tuesday. Had a glucose tolerance test 3 blood tests in 2 hours and the lady who took my blood was so lovely, so skilled and they were the quickest, easiest and best painless blood tests I've had and I've had a lot. Most people struggle with my veins and she had zero issues, in and out in seconds! Will definitely go back here for future bloods.
Visited on the 10/08 and had my blood taken by Saeeda. In the past my blood tests have been horrible as I have very deep veins and tend to pass out due to being probed with multiple needles until a vein is found. Saeeda is the first clinician i’ve had to get it first try !! She was so sweet and made the whole experience actually enjoyable even though i’m scared of blood tests due to horrible last experiences. Give this women a raise !!
Today after 10 hours of fasting I waited 25 minutes and they didn’t open! This was my third visit here and none was successful! The other times the queue was very long and the progress was very slow. This branch definitely has staff shortage or lack of management. Melbourne Pathology should do something!
