Finding Sonia and having these hypnotherapy sessions was the best thing I have done - couldn't recommend this service more. I had a crippling phobia of spiders and have tried other therapists previously with no success or improvement. After 3 sessions with Sonia I am well on my way! I couldn't even say the word "huntsman" without breaking out in a cold sweat and having nightmares for a week...but with Sonia's wonderful  service and commitment we have finally gotten to a place where I can function properly and confidently. Sonia was an absolute pleasure to work with and I felt completely relaxed and at ease in our sessions. Many thanks Sonia!

When I first had a consultation with Sonia I was pretty low, lost and felt like I was not in control of my life.
Sonia got to the underlying issues and we built up from there. It gets better everyday with increasing confidence and less negative thoughts. The mp3s are on my phone, so I can listen to them whenever I need.

I've been searching for something or someone.  I am so thankful I took the plunge.  I went initially for weight loss (which is working much to my amazement).  I don't crave chips or chocolate. And the weight is starting to come off.
Sonia has also helped with my anxiety, self worth and coping skills.  
Each session I come out amazed and feeling a bit better about myself. 
The guided hypnosis truly blows my mind at what is uncovered and what I have bottled up over the years.

I would absolutely recommend Sonia Devine to anyone who wants to make some changes in their life. Sonia is so down to earth and can talk about anything with her. I have had help from Sonia for over the past 3 1/2 years working through issues with a serious eating disorder, anxiety and depression, plus a few relationship crises. Through counselling and meditations with Sonia, I have made so many good changes in my life. SO grateful to be able to talk through and work on issues with someone as open and relaxed as Sonia Devine.
