The manager addressed all our problems promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, the crew that was sent to us was grossly incompetent and sloppy. They took over 12 hours to do the job, misassembled our bed and baby crib. They lost parts from the baby crib and had to come back in the middle of the night to fix it. They then misassembled the baby crib again. At that point, I asked them to leave. Additionally, they took multiple lengthy breaks and spent nearly 40 minutes in the morning trying to park their truck. I think that the manager is well meaning but he needs to get his crew in order.

We moved our 3 bedroom house from the city to a suburb an hour away. peter and ?john were awesome. They arrived exactly on time and were friendly and efficient. We were impressed by how they packed our furniture and it was well looked after. When we got to the other end they checked where we wanted things to go. We have two young children and they made it so much easier for us with minimal stress! We were actually recommended msc removalists by a friend and will be recommending them to others. Thanks again.

Mandy and Nick, were on time, took a couple of minutes to go over what was needed to be packed and the way it was positioned in the truck was amazing. They also had to take my sons basketball hoop (full size hoop)! Rates were great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mandy and Nick were excellent. Moved across three houses and didn't break a sweat. Fantastic workers with a great attitude.
