Dont recommend this carpark for families with lota of luggage at all! Especially when you have to catch the bus from the carpark to the terminal. Unimpressed and frustrated with our experience with the Public Parking at Melbourne airport. Decided to pay a bit more & get parking on-site rather than at a secondary companies car lot.nUpon arrival back at the airport with 2 large trollies full of luggage and 2 small children in tow we walked down one end of the airport looking for the bus to take us back to the parking. A lady directing us back the way we had come. Upon asking her if we could wheel the trollies on with us, she assured us we could.nnWalked all the way back. Waited for a bus. To find out that no you cannot wheel a trolley onto the bus. The bus driver was ridiculously rude to my husband demanding to know where we were parked. Noting we had just come back from 2 weeks away, the exact location slipped our mind. The driver continued to be rude and we decided we would rather walk ALL the way back to public pick up and leave me & my infant there with all our luggage, then attempt to get on the bus all together.nMy husband ended up taking our other child on a different bus with a much nicer and less pushy driver to pick up the car & pick me up.nLess than ideal.nDon't recommend at all.nWill be using a a secondary company with a complimentary van next time.
Melbourne airport is fine. We were there 6 times in 4 weeks time and it went fluently in all the services on every occasion.
How can an airport have been around so long and still have no public transport infrastructure and an eternal appalling driving arrival. It was rubbish 25 years ago and is still terrible to drive to. The excuse they are doing building work has been the same for over 25 years also. At least the terminal service remains good once you can get here
This is apparently T5, a new airport development with no customer service people and no directions. Got lost, couldn't find way back. Had to ask a tradie to pls let me through a construction gate so I could get to the REAL PICK UP POINT, near the park royale.
the transport manager at Melbourne Airport should get the sack the transport isn't a pool in shambles Terminal 2 is overloaded net nobody is at terminal 4
