In Google if you drive to direction which they send you in email, then instead of Car Parking you reach to a unauthorized road which is 11 mins drive away from Car Parking.nnPlease correct that.nnYou should instead not use their Get Direction button, but type Terminal 1,2,3 Car Park instead.
I usually have no issues with the Melbourne Airport car park. I book online, pay, and find at least three or four spots available immediately. However, this week—possibly longer—most of the area is closed for some sort of work, leaving only one section open for the Terminal Carpark. Now, there are 10 cars queuing when that section is full, and the single entry/exit makes navigating the chaos even worse.nnThis is completely unacceptable. While there are other areas for Terminal car park that are available, it’s shared with other areas, including those for permit holders, which means access is restricted for us. I had to confront the guard who is guarding the entrance, just to access the area I needed. The website is failing to inform users about these closures, and it’s outrageous that such crucial information isn’t clearly communicated.nnAs a result, I wasted close to an hour searching for parking, when it should take no more than 10 minutes. Unbelievable!!
Valet parking is the way to go. Fas,secure and you don't need to worry about losing your keys when you're half a world away
Short term terminal parking is disgraceful. Inaccurate digital signage displays available spaces when there are none. Green lights above bays when they are occupied. Non-existent or misleading signage to upper levels. Spent 15 minutes driving around in circles before finding available spaces on level 6. Never again!
