I have dealt with the awesome Medtech team over the past few months and have found them all to be welcoming, very knowledgeable and informative. Whilst the person who assisted me on the phone appeared to have a sound knowledge of products that were available, similar to a previous review, the person I spoke to was short with me and sounded irritated at my questions, and was dismissive when I attempted to get a general idea on prices of products. Whilst I appreciate that many products would be highly personalized to the client and therefore difficult to quote an approximate price, Medtech would benefit from a staff member who is prepared to provide as much information as possible over the phone. I contacted several similar businesses on the same day, and they were much more patient and helpful.

Thank you very much to the team at Medtech who have gone above and beyond to help me with information on various disability products on offer... this helped me to understand my options and really put my mind at ease - highly satisfied!

I am not from Toowoomba however, I was recently in the store and received excellent efficient service from a very knowledgeable staff member - great to see that premium customer service is still delivered from a small family owned business. thank you very much and well done!

I would like to disagree with Jemma because we found the staff at Medtech to be the most helpful people. The range of equipment and price was great and we were able to get what we needed. My mum found that it was easy for her to get about and was even offered assistance of a wheelchair if it would have helped. We would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Medtech for helping us make the right decisions for mum.
