Staff failed to inform clients when doctors are scheduled to be absent, even after appointments were booked with consideration of the doctor’s existing leave. I had a confirmed appointment, but upon visiting to confirm the details, I was informed the doctor would no longer be available. This reflects a lack of professionalism and communication.
Great clinic, great staff super friendly and compassionate . But they have some quality issues. I have had three or four vape broken cartridges and they don’t seem to really have a mechanism to address this with their supplier. It’s either the suppliers fault or the customers fault, but never medigreen who handles and ships the product the most. I am going to start looking for alternatives closer to home now there are so many new and cheaper options. Service will only get you so far when the quality isn’t there. Also the male doctor you have there is a nut case, I really don’t need his political perspective on social issues, right wing nutter he is, so I got a new GP.
Excellent service. Very professional and extremely friendly. They organise delivery of prescription amd offer Excellent support and guidance
I have been having my products dispensed from Medigreen for a while now and it has been such a positive experience. I find the staff incredibly friendly and approachable every time I have been in. I would definitely like to say thank you to the pharmacist Sharon. She has such a wide range of knowledge of all the products on hand. Would definitely recommend coming in and speaking to the staff even if its something new for you.
Clearly the leader in the industry. The staff are excellent, very professional, friendly and helpful. The products available are top level and I'm always happy. Highly recommend MediGreen.
