Always really long waits at the pharmacy. Had a few script issues with them but they are polite. The aisles are not disability friendly at all which sucks. Incredibly difficult to fit a wheelchair in there and you can't turn around. It's hard to fit a walker in there, too
There are many CWs around and they’re very similar. It only takes 2 extremely rude staff to make me never return. I wanted a quick answer to a question from a pharmacist and her response was “go and line up” and her assistant thought it was very funny, giggling away. All I wanted to know was whether I needed to line up or was the product available on the shelves.nIt’s unfortunate because all other staff were wonderful.

I had a disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse Bentleigh today. No team work in the store, there was a long queue and only one staff, she had to rang the bell a few times for other staff to come and help at register. I paid using ShopBack with a $5 discount, but the store manager, Michael, claimed the payment didn’t go through and made me pay again. He said I could get a refund if I was charged twice. When I got home, I found that the ShopBack transaction had been cancelled by the store, meaning I lost the discount and wasted my time. Very poor service and lack of proper payment handling — not what I expect from a major retailer.
This store has a variety of stock.nI would like to mention the isles in some stores are not equipped for walkers or wheelchairs, two people can not pass each one has to wait at the end of one of the longest isles I have seen.nStaff are great assisting in any way they can.nI was a bit uncomfortable because I had a walker. I was followed by staff at all times. Not all people with walkers or wheelchairs are there, too steal. All the security guards are there always welcoming and saying bye. Good connection. Staff should learn to communicate and be patient.
