Some staff are helpful and very good when assisting us with queries especially Michael and John. But Carol needs to be re-trained and reminded of what is required in a public servant job. She is very rude and from the beginning already said "We are working on the clock like a doctor here and I can't answer your questions. You need to make an appointment to ask questions". Just set me for another appointment the next day and everytime I tried to say something she kept dismissing me by saying "I am looking at the screen here". Very rude and condescending. She is not suitable to work at a place that needs human interaction.
Modbury centrelink david and maria and Erica where awesome they made me feel calm and worked like soldiers to assist me they are the only ones id ask for to get results. I walked in a mess and walked out thinking wow there are some who care. And my stress was turned into a smile

Office staff very helpful and polite after being confronted by a rude, officious, loud, and unhelpful “jobsworth” on the door who is more suited to a job as a “bouncer” at a rowdy nightclub. First impressions are important and he was not a good advert for an otherwise efficient establishment.

This place isn't really that great, it needs to have a procedure when dealing with people who have suffered through various ex partner abuses. Having to recall that after so many years more years than what ATO requires you to retain tax returns is not conducive to ones mental health, especially now during COVID19. They loose alot of paperwork because someone is sloppy at their job or doesn't care. Some people there are okay. The security guard is friendly & polite.
Very welcoming staff who make every effort, firstly to understand your problem and then to resolve it in the very complex system, which is necessary to avoid fraud. Marianne and Kyle were most helpful. Thank you. Maps could help by bringing those arriving by directing people to the carport entrance on Harrison Avenue as there is no parking anywhere outside the address listed. Harrison Avenue can only be accessed from the left side of Smart Road.
