Very unwelcoming, at times one customer agent seemed racist. Abruptly takes lunch break. Not professional. The lady who served me today 3.1.2023 at 4h55 pm on the front right desk doesn’t know how to interact with a customer, hardly looking at me and talking reluctantly while looking elsewhere. These ill mannered uncouth agents should be trained. Otherwise, over Medibank’s recent hack and poor service, people will start cancelling their service just like me.

I've been waiting since 8:59 before they open,  they said open at 9, but somehow no one until 9:20. Now someone inside the store but she put the note on the window they will open at 11 and walk away. No explanation,  unreal

My details were compromised in the cyber attack. I've never claimed a thing through medibank since I've been with them. I want my money back!!!

And I expect premiums will increase dramatically soon. Someone will have to pay the fines for the lax security system. Guess who?

Only one staff member on and a very long line. Being in a city location, you would think they would have staff on so people could get things done during their lunch break. Very disappointing

We signed up today. The staff were helpful, friendly and explained how it works and the steps to make the cover happen. I’m glad we went in there!!

Completely and utterly disgusted in customer service from Medibank. I have spent the past 9 days trying to gain contact. My latest attempt kept me on hold for 3 hours and 36 minutes, when I finally got trough to a consultant instead of putting me on hold they hung up on me and never returned my call. Well and truely outraged by the service.

I don’t know how they got such bad reviews. My call was initially bounced around the call centre but I will admit it was an odd request. All the call centers are within Australia and all the call centre staff were polite and trying to be helpful. I ended up going instore to Grenfell St and Annalisa there went above and beyond for me! She is so welcoming and helpful. I have been back 3 times this week to see her with claims while I’m waiting for my new card to come in the mail. I have made claims and got quotes for claims and I’m more than happy with how much they pay back and so much is included in their cover. Love that you can call or visit face to face or manage your account online or in app, caters to all types of people in my opinion. 10/10 would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
