Prompt and accurate, understandable responses to my questions and immediate service of my claim. The officer was knowledgeable and could explain the reasons for the advice. It was not a sales situation but credible sharing of information upon which I could make a decision. I was treated with friendliness and respect. And i entered the store at 4:40 and had 4 issues addressed before the 5:00 pm closing time. I estimate it saved me at least an hour of internet struggle! So Impressive.
I was new to Adelaide and went in to resolve some issues with my new cover and the customer service officer Ashmita not only resolve those issues at the time but also took the time to explain the app, the plan and its coverage in detail as I was not familiar with those. Fantastic customer service.

On hold with bupa and about to hang up to go to work. They have sent a letter promising ‘exciting changes to your car insurance policy’ They have actually doubled the cost per month and increased the excess from $600 to $1000 Not sure who this is exciting for…? Will definitely be ringing around and taking my business elsewhere.
Before joining Bupa, I was with Allianz. But I was told that Bupa was better. But it turned out to be the worst. The customer care in Bupa is the pathetic. And the security is the worst. There was a fraud transaction through my bank which says direct debit and amount of $53 in the name of Bupa Australia which is a security breach and I can sue the company for this. Finally talking to the customer care which connected after 2 hours, they could not figure out and asked me to go to the branch. After careful examination they have found out the mistake. It’s from their side and still haven’t corrected the problem. I still have not got a refund after being the 4th day since the transaction happened. I had to skip two days of work just for this. I am holding zero bank balance with the fear of this happening again. I will have to pay the hefty fine in case I miss any of my weekly installments. The bank details are not safe with Bupa is what I figured out and it’s very scary to see this big mistake happening from this such a big insurance company. If it’s not going to be fixed in the next couple of days, I would definitely take legal action regarding this matter. I just called the customer care 6th time after this incident happened. And this time it was just to get the number of the Adelaide branch where I had approached for help. The representative Gina did not have the time to talk with me as she did not deal with this matter. She transferred the call payments department where the waiting period is 1 hour and 44 minutes which I have already done and they could not do anything and asked me to go to the branch. It’s all a loop. It is very shameful when an insurance company does not even have the time to listen to what the customers are saying. Pathetic.
There were 2 consultants, 1 was free. I walked in and put my name down and wasn't seen to for over 20 minuets. A man came in and was called through straight away and then a woman put her name on the list under mine, the consultant came over after I'd been there for 20 minuets and shed seen the man who came in after me she looked at the screen and called through the lady who had just walked in. Didn't even look at me once. Terrible customer service, and just poor human behavior. Go to another branch.
I appreciated human face on, Hana, rather than machines talking over the phone.
Put our name down to be seen and it disappeared, some one else went ahead of us and then our name reappeared. Can understand things don't always go to plan, but after that we were ignored by everyone, even though some people could see what had happened. Two people finished serving customers, saw us waiting and disappeared without a word. We walked out. No one acknowledge us the whole time we were there.
Always good service when I go in here for advice or to make small claims. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I usually wait less than 5 minutes and once or twice it might have been 10 - 15. Longer wait times are to be expected with a Rundle Mall location, particularly during busy times.
