I went to this store on October 14th looking for new products to do my eyebrows, since my previous choices weren’t the best fit for me. At first, I was looking around on my own and thought I had what I needed, but luckily one of the girls offered to help. I explained the kind of result I wanted and she was SO helpful. You could tell she really knew what she was talking about.nEven though the product she had in mind for me wasn’t on the shelves, she took time to look for it in the storeroom, even though it was already closing time! And she was absolutely right. Both products she recommended are perfect for me and so much better than the ones I had chosen before.nnI’d definitely recommend going to this store if you’re looking for great product advice and genuinely helpful service.
At first, I was shy to enter the store as I was unfamiliar with the brands. However, Rihanna was an amazing help to me! Most kind customer service I have received in a long time! She was patient with me, helped to suggest brands that fit my preferences, and did an excellent colour match process! I would absolutely recommend visiting this Mecca store, as you are bound to receive 10/10 customer service!!
I wanted help with buying a good night cream for mature skin and it also needed to be vegan. Franky was fabulous! She spent time to make sure that the cream was suitable for me. She had excellent customer service and genuinely took care of me. She kindly gave me three sample pots to try at home before I made a decision. Thank you so much Franky for your kindness and help.
I popped into Mecca Booragoon today to look for an exfoliant. I’m not great with understanding skincare but Alex was absolutely fantastic in helping me find a product that would work best for my skin type. She didn’t rush the interaction or make it feel like helping me was a chore, and her friendly, helpful demeanour made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you, Alex. Mecca are lucky to have you!
Had such a good experience with Rhianna. We were kind of ignored by another team member at first, but Rhianna really turned things around. Super helpful and honest, and it felt like she actually cared about helping us find stuff we’d love. We ended up leaving with some great products thanks to her :
