I went into Mecca Booragoon Thursday. I am in my 50s and I wanted a woman of similar age to serve me. I found that woman but she directed me to a younger staff member Bella. I told them I didn't want to buy foundation or skin products from a young person. However they explained Bella knew her stuff. They were not wrong. Bella was kind, knowledgeable, friendly and an amazing saleswoman. I haven't ever had such a positive experience purchasing make-up and skin care. I went in for a foundation and left with multiple products, as she did such an amazing job making up my face. The next day I went into work and my co workers were asking what was different about me and commenting on how good I looked. I had used the products Bella sold me and applied as she had directed. Amazing service. I will be seeking Bella.out next time I am buying make up and skin care. Mecca you are lucky to have this young woman. Thank you Bella. Merry Christmas and see you next time I am in.
Nadia who helped me was awesome and patient with a good smile! Very attentive and helpful to help find my foundation shade that suits me best. Although not my first purchase, best Mecca store experience ever. Defo would pay for the service no doubt. Loved the service here :
I spent a fair amount of time in your store today, where I was served by a gorgeous young assistant, Ari. I was looking for a lipstick similar to something I use from another brand, which has been discontinued.nnAri was so patient and so helpful. Unfortunately, when I finally decided on one, your store had none in stock, so I have to buy online, but will do so.nI was with my niece, and we did go back to get the lipstick she wanted, but Ari was busy serving another customer, so the sale went to another staff member.nnPlease commend Ari for her excellent customer service and for being so patient and helpful with two dithering customers.
Thursday 07/11/2024: Maegan truly went out of her way to find the most suitable eyeshadow palette for my very particular requests even though it was the last hour of business, which I really appreciate as someone who has worked in retail as well! : I am absolutely loving the Ilia Warm Palette btw, it imitates the current one I have perfectly!nThe two girls blonde and brunette who served me at the counter were super sweet and helpful as well.nnThanks so much for making my first proper experience at Mecca amazing, will definitely be coming back next time I need to restock any of my makeup!
Love the store & the staff are always friendly, but I just had to post this because yesterday I was shopping for the glossier launch & some other items and had the best experience with Yasmin! She was super super helpful & really sweet, we did a colour match for a foundation & she helped with my current skin/makeup concerns eczema, redness, etc. and gave great product recs and showed how they worked. She’s so lovely & was very approachable & helped with all of the questions I had, so i just had to share bc she deserves recognition
