I visited the store on the weekend for the reopening and I was helped by a very knowledgeable and passionate lady. She knows everything about skincare and her advice on my skin was spot on! I was even treated to a mini facial which was delightful! Thank you Renata for an amazing experience in Mecca Booragoon!
I shop at Mecca all the time and always have had a great experience but I wanted to give a special mention to something I witnessed the last time I was in there. There was a dad with his very young daughter looking at skincare and the assistant was so kind and helpful to the young girl and I just think every little girl should get to experience that level of compassion and kindness, she steered her away from the adult cosmetics and recommended her something more age appropriate in such a beautiful uplifting way. Well done and I hope more young girls can experience this level of compassion and customer service
Had a lovely lady called Anna help me today in the Booragoon pop store. She helped me find two lipsticks to match my red hair, and was very polite and friendly. She did a great job and helped colour match me perfectly! Thank you Anna :
I came into Mecca Booragoon last Thursday with my toddler and was served by Tashi. Tashi quickly identified that I was a little overwhelmed and needed assistance navigating the store. Tashi showed me nothing but kindness, compassion and total professionalism. I'm so grateful for the time Tashi took to understand my needs and work with me. Tashi even asked for my name, which was a completely new and personalised experience for me.nnTashi, you are a beautiful soul and Mecca are so lucky to have you representing their company!
I usually have a great experience. Went in store to order my usual NARs & Bobby Brown which was out of stock in the new pop up store in Booragoon. Check out lady was so confused about ordering online. Kept me up for a while just mumbling about how she's not allowed to order the product over a certain number. Told her I could quite literally see the product available online Was in such a hurry had to dash. Still don't understand what inexplicable restricted policy she was referring to!
