The McGrath Manly team showed a high standard of customer service and really put in a combined effort to support Susie with the sale of my property. From support staff, property management consultations to investor buyers and from other McGrath agents showing their buyers through to create more competition. They also supported Susie at the open for inspections. I was very impressed with the McGrath team commitment by working together for their clients.
As my real estate agent, Susie ticked all the boxes. Her professionalism, commitment and customer focus is truly commendable. Up front Susie gave me a clear understanding of where my property was positioned in the market and provided a realistic estimation on the selling price. Susie has attention to detail and the best connections and representation to get any enhancements done quickly and at a reasonable cost. The stylist, photographers, labourers that helped with the presentation and marketing of my property were fantastic. All of which were organised Susie with ease. Overall my experience as a owner selling a property was seamless and I will definitely be recommending Susie to my family and friends who will be selling properties in the future. We chose Tim Cullen as the agent to sell our home and he provided us with an exceptional service.  We took the team’s advice on preparing the property for sale, their marketing and sales strategies. The result at auction was amazing! Tim’s calm, professional approach and in depth knowledge of the market made the whole process of selling seem effortless. Needless to say, we would thoroughly recommend Tim to anyone selling their home.

Susie O’Brien did an absolutely great job in selling our unit in Manly Vale. She managed to sell the unit for a reasonably high price in a very short time (1 week) without any marketing.  I definitely recommend her... She was  professional, motivated and had positive attitudes and great communication skills.
