I can see why customers get angry and abusive when their orders are wrong, incomplete or cold. Is it really that hard to prepare orders properly??? I'm fed up with throwing drinks out because the syrup needed replacement, or because I was given a frozen on thaw, or the wrong flavour. The customer service is really u fair. I'm going elsewhere with better food and service from now on. I'm seriously over McDonald's and having to deal with improper service.
We ordered cheeseburger delivery for our wedding reception as a late night snack after seeing their banner in store advertising it. It was a last minute order as our wedding was the next day but the team was super accommodating and willing to help. The cheeseburgers were delivered hot and our guests loved it! HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of this offer if you're having your wedding nearby!
Cleanest Maccas we have ever been to, most likely a franchise run you can tell by the pride. Staff are friendly, food was fine. Toilets spotless.
Just drove 1200 klms, arrived at our destination for the night and stopped to get some dinner. Family of 5, all our meals were stone cold burgers, chips, nuggets, chips were hard, ordered large meals and only received medium fries. We were too tired and hungry and just ate it. When we left I mentioned it to a staff member where I was told to say something next time and they will make it fresh. You shouldn't have to complain, the meals should me made fresh every time.
Got sum hot chips and a sundae young bloods put a chip in my sundae , however boss and I were cackling ourself along the Hume and nearly caused a 10. Generally good products and service. Was late at night place looked a bit shabby. Food was good though. Problem with commenting on every place you go is that you become overly critical. Things you wouldn't take notice of or bother to comment becomes an issue for the outlet/shop etc. Do all in all don't take notice of stars for fast food outlets. 3 is good. If they go out of there way,they get more. If service is bad they get less. Not much opportunity to get better than 3. The nature of the business. Plenty to get less. kinda isn't fair. Nature of surveys I guess. Omg longest post ever
Cheeky Macca's run. Food was standard except had to return my coke because it was just soda water without the coke. The guy replaced it super quick and was sorry about it. Kid-friendliness: It's Maccas Parking: Had car spaces for about 25 cars
My cheese burger was unwrapped just thrown in the bag, gave it back to the assistant they wrapped it and gave it back to me. At this point she handed me the sugar free coke , it was dripping coke, the outside of the the cup was saturated , I said sorry I can't take this drink as you can see, she apologised said sorry , it wasn't a good experience that Sunday, no duty of care to the customer, I thought about later I should have asked for the manager . I do frequently visit McDonald's, and that was the worst I have come across
