UPDATE: Since proffering my previous review, I am now limited in critically reviewing this establishment with a separate assessment again. UNFORTUNATELY, my decision to try my luck again met with a similar result as my order relayed a response of 'we don't make the items as advertised'. I ordered a McCrispy Chicken Deluxe to find that this meant NO CHICKEN AND NO DELUXE. I was delivered only the bun with some mayo and lettuce. Previously, my order was sent with a message of 'We can't count so you don't count.' This order contained only one item for each and every multiple item ordered. So my assessment of this location stands as: 'Less than zero.' One early occasions orders were delayed without explanation or cancelled without explanation or compensation or alternative.
Hands down this has to be the worst McDonald’s in Canberra, consistently terrible food. Every time I’ve ordered here I’ve regretted it. The fries are either cold, half full, or both; the burgers are always made poorly, the nuggets are the same as the fries, cold and disgusting. I don’t understand why or how this McDonald’s is still operating the way it does. Something has to change
Update 25/07/25: Have spent more visits back at this location. All mobile orders and pick-up. Food quality and consistency, plus service, has improved a lot.nnIn fact, was asked about my review posted here which is good to see feedback has been heard. That feedback loop is important, much appreciated.nn-------------------------------------------nnUpdate 27/08/23: dropped to 1 star as have ordered take away twice from this store and once took 1hr to deliver via their app. Food was cold as expected. Pathetic given the order was $70+ in value.nnThe second time the 2 large fries I ordered were under half filled. Picture attached. Pretty much quantity would be if I ordered small. So either this store decided to start ripping it's customers off or shrinkflation has kicked. Again unacceptable as I got deceived.nn-----------------------------------nnUpdate 19/07/23: another chapter to the experience with this store. Have bumped their rating back up. I have been able to order both pick and delivery numerous times without issue in regards to items missing and wait times.nn-----------------------------------nnUpdate 18/12/22: I'm done ordering from here. For the last 5 delivery orders and 1 pick up they have consistently left out the fries. Don't know how they achieved it. Should get an award. Recommend looking for an alternative store until they get their service up to standard.nn--------------------------------------nnFood standards have dropped for this particular store over the last year. Staff are still friendly and service is good, but more often than not, burgers appear to be assembled roughly and fries are frequently cold.

Most mornings I come grab a coffee the lady at the order speaker and pay window is the most lovely and friendly girl. She brightens my day and she is the sweetest soul
