I went here a few times on Sunday afternoons. I ordered different items each time and they were good, especially I found the chicken to be tender. I ordered the hot chocolate every time and each time it was better than in other MacDonalds. The service is quick, good parking and good location.nHaving said all the above, I was going to rate this place one star at my last visit as the service was very bad starting from taking the order to serving it. The order was completely mixed up and was served the wrong items. So be aware.
It doesn’t matter what Macdonalds l go to in Sydney,let alone this one in particular. I order a large coffee frappe,no cream,no chocolate drizzle. As usual they don’t even fill it up to the top.Whats the point of ordering a large! I may as well order a baby chino, wait hang on no wrong ahead, I’ll order a macchiato no cream no milk no foam,no drizzle. Wrong again. I will simply order a cup, maybe even lie and ask for a happy meal toy. Maybe I’ll just ask for an empty happy meal box. Overall they are never wrong for the money they will charge you. Someone needs to talk to management and head office and human resource manager, wait no they won’t do that, HR are there not for the customers no. Not even for the employees.No. They are there to cover the ass of the owners of the company. You’re welcome,take your money and car and arms and legs ….somewhere else. You can get bit without your sugary crappy made drinks. Water bottle and tap water.
