Caution when going through the drive through, check your order. As, I recieved the saddest large chips ever.nnMore like a small, and cold as cardboard.nnI know its maccas, so the bar is generally quite low. But I would like it if I got the amount of low-bar food I ordered.nnThat said, it was fast.
I have noticed that many times the same situation happens during the early morning shift. The store is not very busy, but customers are still waiting too long to be served. I have also observed that compared to other stores, the service speed is slower.nnEven during quiet hours, service should be fast and efficient.nnPlease thanks
Intro: Located a short walk from Waitara Station along Pacific Highway, opposite Barker College.nnService: Staff were attentive and timely. Order was very warm and arrived in 7 minutes.nnOrder: 1 Filet-o-Fish $7.30, 1 Small Fries $3.45 and 1 Apple Pie $2.00. Total = $12.75, which is excessive for fast food.nnFood: Apple Pie was hot and delicious, but Filet-o-Fish & small fries were smaller than expected.nnVerdict: McDonalds is the crux of shrinkflation: smaller portions, larger costs.
No lettuce no cheese just chicken and mayo thanks my mum who was in hospital just wanted a cheeseburger. Not to mention they forgot my drinks.nI think the part that got me was that I spent five minutes arguing with the manager who was insisting that I was wrongnIn the end he decided to replace half the meal even though the chips were inedible not even cooked properly and they didn’t give my partner the drinks and she had to go back. Only 1 burger correct. No there’s nothing wrong with it.nSeriously regretted attempting to drive to McDonald’s and go through that half an hour expeditionnIf you’re at Hornsby hospital do not go here under any circumstancesnI’ll be calling head office on Monday thanks to the experience. I’ve just had with the manager.nIt’s one thing to have a shitty experience and shitty food. Mcdonald's - where mediocrity reigns supreme. Ordered classic Angus meal and took it home. What I had been supplied tasted like cardboard - it was charred and so far over-cooked.nnI took it back - it was absolutely inedible. The staff gave me a replacement. Do you think I received an apology? Not on your life. What a crappy business with extremely poor management.
